Anne Gollan

Counsellor, psychotherapist, creative arts therapist (AThR)

{Anne is a highly skilled counsellor, psychotherapist and registered creative arts therapist with extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy for adults, children and teenagers. With expertise in talk-based counselling, creative arts psychotherapy, play-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches, Anne tailors her approach to every individual’s needs, fostering meaningful and empowering outcomes.

Anne’s practice is rooted in creative methodologies and client-centered principles, and she works across various spaces – from private therapy to group theatre, and children’s drama programs.

With a Masters in Drama Therapy, Anne uses experiential and somatic techniques to allow her clients and/or students to explore, process and find power in the stories they hold within.
